Tallige Cherokee Nation is dedicated to preserving our heritage and protecting land sacred to our people, such as the many Native Burial Mounds.  We were intimately involved in the getting the Bird Effigy Mound and the associated Indian Burial Grounds of Sinnioto Village declared a legal cemetery by the Scioto County Commissioners.  We are now working with them and others  to insure that the Sacred Lands will be protected and maintained forever.  

       We have meager budgets and desperately need financial assistance.   If you are willing to help us preserve this Sacred Land for future generations, please send as generous a contribution as you can.  All money donated will be used to protect and preserve the Sacred Land.  No one receives a paycheck or compensation of any kind for our efforts!  The Tallige Fire Cherokee Nation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization on contributions are tax-deductible.
